Your student account and learning

The portfolio and course catalogue are public. Sign-in is required for the learning space, lessons, and course resources. We store your account identifier, name, email, and sign-in dates to manage your account. Paid course access is granted by the administrator and linked to your account. Progress and bookmarks are kept separately for each account in this browser; clearing browser data removes them. They do not sync between devices.

Paid-course requests

When you choose to request a course unlock, WhatsApp opens with a draft containing your registered email and the course you selected. You choose whether to send it. Bank details and payment confirmation are exchanged directly with the educator. This website does not collect bank card details.

Messages and class requests

When you send a message, the site stores the name, email address, optional phone number, and message you provide. The administrator uses these details to respond to your inquiry or discuss class arrangements.

Services used by the website

The website uses Vercel for hosting, Firebase for student and administrator authentication and database storage, Backblaze B2 for uploaded resources, and Resend for email notifications when configured. These services process the information needed to provide their respective functions. Request information may be used to prevent abuse.

Embedded videos

Published video lessons may embed YouTube. Loading or playing a video involves communication with YouTube and is subject to that provider’s privacy practices.

Contact and removal requests

Use the contact page to ask about your information or request removal of a message. Include enough detail to identify the inquiry. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal documents through the contact form.
